Once an order has been placed through the website, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

Please be sure to report any issues with your order within 10 days of the delivery date to ensure proper resolution. Any issue reported outside of the specified time frame may result in store credit.

Purchases Made Through Retailers

Please contact the store where you purchased your products for a return or exchange as we (SAY HI BEAUTY) are unable to provide a return or exchange for a purchase made through a retailer.
